Un señor muy viejo con alas enormes

This is an academic exploration that proposes a costume design idea for a staging of Colombian author Gabriel García Márquez's short story entitled Un Señor Muy Viejo Con Alas Enormes (A Very Old Man With Enormous Wings). The inspiration for the concept is based on research of old photographs of the northern Colombian town of Mompox. The sketches were made in collage.
